My commitment to the field of psychology spans years, with a focus on counselling, teaching, and advocating for mental health. Presently, I serve as a Counselling Psychologist at Mind and Brain Hospital, where I bring a blend of compassion, spirituality, and evidence-based practices to support individuals on their mental health journey.

I hold a graduate degree in Psychology, Journalism, and Modern Literature from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore. I have a B.Ed (Bachelor of Education) from Bangalore University. I have a postgraduate degree in MSc Psychology from Bangalore University and a Diploma in Islamic Psychology from Cambridge Muslim College, UK.
